I. Details of the Personal Data Administrator

The administrator of personal data is Zbigniew Dopierała conducting business under the nameMadrenPrzedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowe Zbigniew Dopierała, with its registered office in Zielona Góra at Poznańska 34, registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity conducted by the minister responsible for the economy and maintaining the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, NIP 9290097678, hereinafter referred to as “Madren“. The administrator can be contacted at the registered office address and e-mail address: wafle@madren.pl. 

II. Aims and reasons for processing personal data

1. Your personal data shall be processed by Madren in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter: ‘RODO’, the Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 and other currently applicable data protection legislation.

2. Madren takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, ensures that the data we collect are processed lawfully; collected for designated legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes; adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; and stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

3. Madren may process your following personal data:

  • Full name,
  • E-mail adress,
  • Contact number,
  • Delivery address (street, house number, flat number, postal code, town, country),
  • Your residential/business address, if different from the delivery address,
  • For non-consumers, Madren may also process your company name and TIN.

4. Madren processes your personal data in order to provide the services covered by the scope of its activities and in connection with the functioning of the website www.madren.pl, including: 

  • responding to your inquiries, including those sent via the contact form – in this case the basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) RODO,
  • sending a commercial offer at your clear request – in this case the basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) RODO,
  • to conclude and perform a contract – in this case the basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) RODO,
  • the archiving of accounting documents – in this case the basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(c) RODO,
  • to handle complaints – in this case the basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(c) RODO,
  • due to Madren’s legitimate interest in processing data for the investigation and defence of claims in relation to a contract – in this case the basis for processing data is Article 6(1)(f) RODO,
  • due to Madren’s legitimate interest in processing data for analytical and statistical purposes – in this case the basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) RODO.

III. Cookies

1. Madren uses so-called cookies on its website, i.e., short text information that is stored on the device used by the user to operate the Madren website. 

2. Cookies:

  • allow the website to recognise the User’s device (computer, tablet, mobile phone) and adapt the website to the User’s individual needs accordingly,
  • adapt the content of the website to the individual preferences of the User,
  • enable you to use all the functions of the website and enhance your browsing experience;
  • are used by Madren to collect general and anonymous statistical data and to maintain the User’s session.

If the User does not agree to the storage of cookies when browsing the website, it is necessary to change the setting in the web browser by blocking the automatic handling of cookies completely or requesting notification of each time cookies are placed on the device. IV. The right to withdraw consent

1. If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, such consent may be revoked at any time. To do so, it is sufficient to send an appropriate message in written form to Madren (Poznańska 34 Street, 65-001 Zielona Góra) or by e-mail to wafle@madren.pl. 

2. If the processing of your personal data took place on the basis of your consent, the revocation of such consent does not make the processing of your personal data until that point illegal, which means that Madren is entitled to process your personal data until your consent is revoked. 

V. Personal data requirement

1. The disclosure of personal data is voluntary, but may be necessary. Above all, the disclosure of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of contracts, for answering enquiries and for dealing with complaints.

VI. Automated decision-making and profiling

Madren does not carry out automated decision-making, which includes one based on profiling.

VII. Recipients of personal data

Depending on the purpose of the processing, Madren may share your personal data with:

  • Courier and postal service providers,
  • Administrators and IT system providers,
  • Web hosting providers,
  • Banks and online payment processing companies,
  • Madren’s employees or collaborators providing services on the basis of civil law contracts, including entities providing accounting, advisory, legal services, 
  • Public authorities or other entities authorized by law.

VIII. Forwarding personal data to third countries

We kindly inform you that your personal data is not forwarded outside the European Economic Area.

IX. Personal data processing period

1. In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, Madren will process your personal data for the time required to achieve the stated purpose, and thereafter for the purposes and to the extent required by law or to secure possible claims, relatively until the consent you have given is revoked. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly deleted or destroyed.

X. Permissions of data subjects

1. We kindly inform you that you have the right to access and rectify the content of your personal data. In addition, each person has the right to control the processing of data concerning him or her contained in the Madren data file and the right to request the completion, updating, rectification of personal data, the temporary or permanent suspension of its processing or its deletion, as well as the restriction of the processing of personal data and to object to the processing of personal data. 

2. You may exercise your rights by sending an appropriate message in written form to Madren (ul. Poznańska 34, 65-001 Zielona Góra) or by e-mail to wafle@madren.pl.

XI. The right to make a complaint

In the event where you believe that the personal data you have provided is being processed illegally, you may file a complaint to the President of the Data Protection Authority.
