Embossed cones
The classic without which there would be no actual ice cream. Crunchy embossed cones have a taste known to our customers for years. Their taste and texture are what sets them apart from other wafers. The cones are light and crispy, which is what makes them popular with both parents and children. One of their advantages is the possibility of treating them as a standalone snack. But how are they made?
How are embossed cones made?
Embossed cones are made by firstly filling the bottom moulds of the baking machine with wafer batter. The next step is to spread the batter in the lower moulds with the use of the machine’s upper moulds. Lastly, the forms are pressed together, and the baking process begins, accompanied by high temperature and a characteristic whistle caused by the water being evaporated from the batter. After separating the moulds, the cones are ready to be consumed.
