Fruits in gel
Fruits in gel are produced from natural ingredients, contain up to 65% of fruit, and are not artificially coloured or flavoured. Whole fruits and clear jelly give products great esthetical look, highly valued by our customers.
Use:
for decorating desserts, biscuit waffles, ice cream, decoration of cakes after baking, as a filling for sweet dumplings and ready-made products, as an addition to ice cream mass - thus forming an original product from whole pieces of fruit submerged in gel.
